The first Wine Appreciating Course with Paul was informative, fascinating and above all, fun. For the next four weeks he will lead you on a tour of the fascinating world of South African wine with food.

Every evening will include a tasting of at least six wines with a variety of adventurous food samples to pair with. Paul will take you on a journey to discover the How, the Why, the No No, the Why Not and many other informative discoveries of our fascinated world of wine.
