The monthly Hermanus Wine Club was all about Kranskop and Newald Marais braved the cold and windy weather to present his wines of the Klaasvoogds Valley, near Robertson. Seven of the eight vintages that Kranskop have on offer were tasted. Each of the wines were stunning beauties of outstanding quality and value. The Pinot Noir Kranskop Pinot Noir was a beautiful example of his wine and showed us that the best wines do not have to be the most expensive, or certainly not from specific areas.
